All are welcome, whether or not you have a pet to be blessed, for the Blessing of the Animals. This brief, casual, family friendly service will be outside on the front law for you, your human friends, and your pet friends. Please bring lawn chairs. All participating pets must be on leash or in an appropriate carrier. If you have lost a pet, or your pet is ill, doesn’t play well with others, or is shy, bring a picture of your pet to be blessed (Pastor Kate does this with her cat). After the brief service, we will have human and pet treats for all to enjoy and a fall backdrop to take pictures and a certificate that certifies your pet has been blessed.
