Join us on October 2nd for a worship service celebrating all animals, especially our pets. At the beginning of the service, we'll offer a remembrance of our beloved pets who have died. People of all ages are invited to bring their pet (on a leash or in a carrier) to the atrium parking lot, or a picture of their pet. If someone doesn't have a pet and still wants to participate, they can bring a picture of an animal or something that reminds them of creation. We're asking everyone to bring their own lawn chairs to ensure plenty of distance between animals, and we'll have folding chairs available. There, we'll have a brief worship service celebrating God's creation, and a pastor will go around and bless each pet. Afterward, we'll eat snacks together and pet treats will be available.
